What are the dimensions of your slat wood panels?
Slat Studio offers two slat wood panel collections with different dimensions and coverage:
Elite 3D Series slat wall panels: Each box contains 2 panels and covers approximately 20.6 sq ft. Each panel measures 118.11″ (L) × 12.6″ (W) × 0.85″ (H).
Select Series acoustic slat panels: Each box contains 2 panels and covers about 16.6 sq ft. Each panel measures 94.49″ (L) × 12.6″ (W) × 0.85″ (H).

Can slat wood panels be used in bathrooms or outdoors?
Our slat wood wall panels are designed for indoor use only. For bathrooms, we recommend applying a water-resistant finish and avoiding direct water contact. Outdoor use is not advised.

Where are your slat wood panels shipped from?
All Slat Studio acoustic slat panels, samples, and accessories are stocked and shipped locally from our Kent, WA warehouse for fast delivery across the U.S.

Why do I see “Aayers Flooring” on the packaging?
Slat Studio partners with Aayers Flooring, a U.S.-based wood flooring business, to produce and distribute our products. All Slat Studio slat wall panels are shipped by Aayers Flooring to ensure professional handling and quality.

How do I place an order for slat wood panels?
The easiest way is through our Slat Studio website, where you can view stock levels and order directly. You may also call or email us for a custom invoice.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

How long does delivery take?
Local pickup is available at our Kent, WA warehouse.
For shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return. Returns due to change of mind are at the customer’s expense. Returns outside of 30 days cannot be accepted.

What should I do if my slat wood panels arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos on the damaged product, and notify us within 3 business days you receievd the order. Contact us by phone or email and we’ll arrange a replacement order at no cost.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received at our Kent, WA warehouse (the carrier you choose may take 5–14 business days depending on the carrier), refunds are typically issued within 3–4 business days after inspection.
